About The Position

We’re partnering with a growing organization in Greer to hire a strategic, hands-on HR Director who can align people strategy with business goals while building scalable HR processes that support continued growth. This is a key leadership role where you’ll work closely with executive and functional leaders to shape the workforce, strengthen culture, and drive performance across sales and corporate teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at both a strategic and tactical level. Someone who can influence senior leaders, build strong talent pipelines, and implement programs that make a measurable impact on the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
  • Proven experience supporting sales teams or high-growth business environments
  • Strong background in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational design
  • Experience building and scaling HR functions, processes, and systems
  • Demonstrated success in performance management, employee development, and succession planning
  • Strong employee relations experience, including conflict resolution and coaching leaders
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance
  • Ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment across the organization
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision making
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives, including workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
  • Play a major role in building and executing recruiting strategies by working closely with hiring managers, developing sourcing pipelines, and ensuring the organization can attract and hire top talent in a competitive market.
  • Bring a data-driven mindset, using metrics and reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and make informed recommendations.
  • Lead performance management efforts by coaching leaders on goal setting, feedback, and employee development while helping build a culture of accountability and growth.
  • Contribute to compensation strategy, including incentive programs, particularly supporting sales teams.
  • Develop internal talent and leadership helping employees grow within the organization.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for both employees and leadership, helping resolve issues, navigate complex situations, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Drive engagement initiatives, gather employee feedback, and help foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Play a key role in risk management by ensuring HR practices are compliant and partnering with leadership and legal when needed.
