MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The Director, Human Resources serves as the senior human resources executive for Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center and is responsible for leading all aspects of the medical center’s people, culture, and workforce strategy. This role provides strategic leadership across talent acquisition, labor and employee relations, total rewards, organizational development, workforce training, compliance, and employee engagement in a highly regulated California healthcare environment. The Director is a key member of the executive leadership team and serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO and medical center leadership team. This role is critical to stabilizing and strengthening the organization’s workforce, improving employee experience and retention, ensuring regulatory compliance, and aligning people practices with operational and clinical priorities. The Director leads the development of a just, accountable, and inclusive culture while modernizing HR infrastructure, strengthening leadership capability, and restoring trust across the organization.
