About The Position

Atha Enterprises isn't looking for a "paper pusher." We are a high-octane organization that has seen greater than 100% growth in each of the last three years . We currently have a team of 90 across the Midwest (IN, IL, OH) and a dedicated team of Remote Team Members (RTMs) in the Philippines. We are looking for a Growth-Minded HR Specialist to take the reins of our HR function. You will start as our Department Lead, reporting directly to the COO, with a clear, performance-based roadmap to executive leadership (VP and CPO levels) as we scale toward 250+ employees. You will be the heartbeat of our "One Team" culture. Your mission is to ensure that whether a team member is a technician in Ohio or an RTM in the Philippines, they have a world-class employee experience.

Requirements

  • Experienced: 3–5 years in HR, with a solid grasp of payroll, compliance, and multi-state regulations.
  • Growth-Minded: You don't just want a job; you want to build a department. You are looking for a company where your seat at the table grows as the company does.
  • Agile: You thrive in fast-paced environments where 100% growth is the standard, not the exception.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with remote teams and leveraging technology to bridge the gap between our Noblesville office and our RTMs.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Own the hiring pipeline. We are growing fast; you need to find the right people to keep the engine running.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Work closely with our CFO to manage multi-state payroll and optimize our benefits package.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage attendance tracking and HRIS data with precision.
  • KPI Collaboration: Partner with the President of our Maintenance Company to align HR initiatives with technician profitability and performance.
  • Global Integration: Work with the President of Philippine Operations to ensure our RTMs are fully integrated into our culture—we don't do "locals vs. virtuals," we do One Team
