Some examples of projects and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Talent Management Support Partner with Talent Development team lead to execute talent and performance management processes, taking the lead on project management to ensure successful cycles and proactively monitor performance trends and outcomes Interacting with HR partners, stakeholders, and managers to keep all informed and supported through performance and talent processes Help to improve Talent & Performance Management processes and resources, streamlining as needed Data, Insights & Reporting Own the end-to-end execution of our program health surveys, including survey design, distribution, analysis, and presenting stakeholder-ready insights and recommendations to program leadership to inform program roadmap, and maintain a repository of readily accessible data across program functions Drive best practices and consistency in data collection and reporting across the team, acting as a subject matter expert who guides teammates in improving their survey mechanics and analytical rigor Create and maintain high-quality data visualizations and dashboards (e.g., Google Looker Studio) to monitor key program metrics and communicate performance trends clearly and accurately Provide data and customized reporting as needed for ad hoc data requests from business partners & stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong Google Sheets and BI dashboard proficiency
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Foundational process and project management skills
  • Ability to use data to tell a clear story
  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of experience working in program or project management or at least 1 year of working in employee development or HR or a combination of both
  • At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite products (Sheets, Slides, Docs)

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least two years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or consulting
  • Proficient knowledge of G Suite with strong skills in Google Sheets and Google Slides
  • Experience working at a technology company
  • Experience interpreting metrics and trends
  • Experience in Campus Programs or Recruiting
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity when interacting with all customer contacts
  • Strong empathetic communication skills with varying levels of leaders and associates
