As we grow, we’re building a strong foundation of HR systems, data, and technology to support our employees and leaders. We’re looking for an HR Data & Systems Lead to lead the charge in transforming our HR technology landscape and ensuring data-driven insights power our decisions. The HR Data & Systems Lead will report to the CHRO and is responsible for the strategic oversight, integration, and optimization of all HR systems and platforms, including ADP Workforce Now, Cornerstone, applicant tracking systems, background check solutions, training/learning, and performance review systems. This role leads system implementations, improves system utilization, and delivers workforce insights that shape organizational decision-making. This role plays a critical part in managing employee data, configuring system functionality, developing dashboards, and supporting HR operations. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise, analytical skills, and business acumen to deliver HR technology solutions that are efficient, compliant, and employee focused. The position is based in Arlington, Virginia, and is a hybrid position (60% in the office).
