About The Position

The HR Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Arrive AI’s day-to-day HR operations while actively contributing to recruiting efforts—particularly for technical and manufacturing roles. This position blends hands-on recruiting coordination, employee lifecycle administration, and benefits and payroll support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, structure, and impact in a growing organization. Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR Coordinator, Recruiter, HR Generalist, or People Operations role
  • Hands-on experience supporting recruiting and hiring processes
  • Working knowledge of benefits administration and payroll support
  • Experience using HRIS and ATS platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting for technical or engineering
  • Familiarity with fast-growing or startup environments
  • Exposure to compliance requirements (I-9, E-Verify, record retention, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer logistics
  • Support recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operations roles (technical background preferred)
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data accuracy and candidate communications
  • Assist with onboarding preparation and first-day experience for new hires
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management across HR systems
  • Maintain accurate employee files and HR documentation in compliance with company and legal requirements
  • Respond to employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and general HR processes
  • Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and employee education
  • Coordinate with benefits providers and brokers to resolve employee inquiries
  • Support open enrollment planning and communications
  • Assist with payroll processing, audits, and data validation
  • Coordinate payroll changes related to new hires, terminations, and employee updates
  • Partner with finance and external payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll
  • Help document HR processes and standard operating procedures
  • Support compliance initiatives related to employment eligibility, record retention, and HR reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience
