The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $61,000 - $81,000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience. Position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years in administrative coordination or HR support roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to create polished presentations and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for HR leadership.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and change initiatives, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Prepare high-impact presentation materials, agendas, and reports for executive-level meetings.
  • Track team performance goals and produce dashboards, metrics, and ad hoc reports.
  • Support compliance and maintain accurate process documentation.
  • Act as a central point of contact for inquiries, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
