About The Position

The HR Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Human Resources function at the home office by handling recruiting coordination, onboarding, employee relations support, and HR projects. This role requires a highly organized, self-motivated professional who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment where processes are continuously evolving. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, maintains a positive attitude, and is motivated to improve processes for the betterment of the organization.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
  • Can pass a drug test and criminal background check.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Travel may be required on behalf of the Company to support business operations
  • Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, and offer letter preparation required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to: Utilize formulas Sort and filter data Create and interpret pivot tables

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, or recruiting support role preferred
  • Experience working in Workday preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage home office recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and hiring manager coordination.
  • Assist in job description creation for new positions
  • Post job requisitions for field teams and audit for accuracy
  • Prepare and issue offer letters and employment-related documentation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
  • Coordinate and support weekly home office onboarding and training sessions
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including monitoring HR tickets, collecting and organizing relevant data, and supporting documentation needs
  • Assist with conducting interviews and HR-related meetings as needed
  • Prepare termination notices and separation documentation
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and timeliness in all employee communications and records
  • Support and manage HR projects and initiatives across the department
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, workflows, and documentation
  • Maintain organized tracking systems, reports, and documentation to support HR operations and decision-making
