About The Position

The HR Coordinator supports the Human Resources team by managing recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and general HR administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth operations and a positive experience for candidates and employees.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software preferred
  • Prior experience in recruiting or HR coordination is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job boards and local community job placement services.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Assist with background checks, reference checks, and offer letters.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and ensure completion of all required documentation.
  • Coordinate orientation sessions and provide necessary resources to new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate records of uniform inventory and employee allocations.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and HR processes for efficiency.
