Temp Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and departmental duties. Process HR-related documentation and prepare reports for personnel activities, including onboarding, I-9 verification, benefits administration, HRIS record maintenance, AG/child support garnishments, E-Verify, and employment verification requests. Maintain employee records and HR databases with high accuracy. Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and compliance documentation. Respond to employee inquiries in both languages regarding HR policies and procedures. Perform general administrative tasks such as sorting mail, answering phone calls, and drafting standard HR documents and correspondence.
