The HR Coordinator is responsible for coordinating new hire onboarding, maintaining accurate personnel records, and facilitating clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. This role works collaboratively with the HR team to support organizational goals and uphold The Road Home’s commitment to compassionate, trauma-informed, and equitable practices.
