The Human Resources Coordinator will provide coordination efforts and assistance in the areas of policy compliance, recruitment, onboarding, and records management. This position manages employee records and supports staffing and recruitment processes by facilitating internal job postings, coordinating recruitment advertising, screening applications, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, extending offers of employment, and ensuring completion of onboarding documentation. The role also provides administrative support involving recruitment activities and daily clerical tasks, including maintaining personnel and medical files, preparing new hire packets, assisting with orientation, and ensuring smooth execution of HR procedures. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms—especially iCIMS—is essential. The ideal candidate will bring prior HR experience, strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, and a proven track record of collaborating across departments to achieve results.
