Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • 3-5 years of professional work experience in an administrative or HR role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Committed to maintaining confidentiality, data security and data accuracy

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification
  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar HR role
  • Experience with HCM systems and/or databases

Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process by partnering with search firms and internal stakeholders to arrange all details pertaining to the candidate experience from initial interview to onboarding
  • Coordinate and execute onboarding processes, including collection and verification of new hire documentation, obtaining security/access badges, and coordinating onboarding trainings
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking and employee records in HRIS and other systems with precision and confidentiality
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding various HR matters and escalating to Manager when appropriate
  • Assist with HR audits, reporting, and data integrity initiatives
  • Orchestrate and execute corporate and employee engagement events
  • Oversee inventory management for office and kitchen supplies
  • Support other HR functions as needed, including benefits, compliance, and performance management
