Join our team as a Human Resources Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in payroll accuracy, employee onboarding, and HR operations—while maintaining the flexibility to balance work with other priorities. This part-time, hybrid opportunity is ideal for an experienced HR or payroll professional seeking stability, impact, and flexibility.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in payroll, HR coordination, or a related operations role
  • Hands-on payroll experience, including prevailing wage administration
  • Experience managing employee records, timecards, and payroll data
  • Proficiency with ADP payroll systems
  • Experience using SAP timekeeping systems
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
  • High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate payroll and employee records, including new hires, terminations, and status changes
  • Audit SAP timecards to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare and submit prevailing wage filings
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate site visits
  • Track absenteeism using shop-floor call-off data
  • Pull and review contractor timecard reports
  • Run, build, and analyze recurring HR and payroll reports
  • Coordinate shift changes and employee movements in ADP, partnering with HR and site leadership
