Requirements
- 1–2 years in HR, recruiting, administrative support, or a related field
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent time management, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and collaborative spirit
Responsibilities
- Coordinate phone screens and interviews while partnering with candidates and hiring managers to create a smooth hiring process
- Maintain consistent follow-up via phone and email to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Manage recruiting activity and provide timely updates to hiring managers
- Handle HRIS data entry, file maintenance, and documentation accuracy
- Serve as a trusted HR resource for managers and applicants
- Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding coordination
- Jump in on HR projects as needed, contributing creativity and strong organizational skills
