3 years of related administrative or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records per the company's record retention policies.
Ensure data quality by performing regular audits and reconciliation across HR systems.
Identify opportunities to automate manual HR processes and recommend system enhancements.
Ensure HR processes are standardized, efficient, and compliant across locations or business units.
Conduct periodic audits of HR files, processes, and data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Partner with HR leadership to streamline administrative tasks and reduce process bottlenecks.
Maintain confidentiality and data governance standards in all HR data handling.
Work closely with Payroll, Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure data alignment and process consistency.
Manager administration of the Career Pathways and merit programs.
Assist in managing HR functions, policies, and procedures, while actively engaging with employees and managers.
Oversee payroll management and input new hires into the payroll system (ADP).
Coordinate employee onboarding process, including E-Verify, I-9 filing, background checks, and drug screening.
Schedule interviews, screen applicants, and conduct candidate interviews to ensure a qualified workforce.
Assist with new employee orientation sessions, providing comprehensive information on company policies and procedures.
Advise employees on benefit plans, facilitate benefit program orientations, and assist with annual benefit open enrollment.
Process unemployment claims promptly and efficiently.
Coordinate short-term and long-term disability, FMLA benefits, and other related matters with third-party administrators.
Collaborate with recruiters and staffing agencies to hire temporary and permanent workers.
Participate in the branch social committee.
