About The Position

The HR Coordinator is responsible for many on-site needs of the employees and management, primarily falling in the areas of General Administration, Payroll, On-boarding/Off-boarding, Benefits, and Safety. This role is 100% on site and located in our Allen location.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Generalist role
  • 2 years of experience with multi-state payroll processing is a must
  • Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
  • HRIS experience (Paylocity strongly preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll
  • Manage HRIS data
  • Support payroll updates and compliance requirements
  • Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives
  • Manage employee product benefit programs
  • Maintain and update HR policies and handbook
  • Serve as a go-to resource for employee questions
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws
  • Partner with IT on employee access and systems
  • Monitor and research HR regulatory updates
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and documentation (I-9s, tax forms, etc.)
  • Coordinate background checks
  • Conduct exit interviews and track insights
  • Ensure compliance with multi-state final pay requirements
  • Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling when needed
  • Track requisitions and support hiring reporting
