About The Position

SevenStar HR is seeking HR Consultants who desire a better work-life balance and the ability to choose their clients and work part-time. The company supports individuals who already have their own HR consulting firm and wish to add more work, or those looking to start a consulting company and take on multiple clients. SevenStar HR is a rapidly growing company that prides itself on focusing on the needs of its HR Consultants, offering open opportunities for individuals to join their pool of consultants. This is a part-time assignment only.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources required
• Able to work independently managing a variety of projects
• Strong project management and time management skills
• Able to advise clients on employment legislation and policies
• Able to work efficiently as a team member
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Able to develop a strong rapport with clients and maintain excellent working relationships
