Manages and executes recruitment and hiring processes for LS Tractor USA. Works with hiring managers to identify vacant positions, develop selection criteria, and execute appropriate interview and selection processes. Executes the Hiring and on-boarding process for selected candidates. Also may take on other HR tasks and assignments such as Employee Relations, Position classification and compensation. Acts as a back-up for payroll administration and processing.
