As a Consultant specializing in Change and Communications, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Supply Chain Operations organization through periods of transformation and change. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement change management strategies and communication plans that drive associate engagement and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with Operations leadership to analyze organizational needs, design change initiatives, and execute communication strategies. Creating change management solutions for an hourly, production workforce of warehouse associates and accessory installers will require innovation and design thinking principles to reinforce change strategies. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of change management principles, and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences. From time to time, the consultant may work as a member of the Human Resources team to support daily business partner responsibilities, including associate relations issues and/or concerns with ability to escalate issues as appropriate.
