The HRCM Compliance Support Specialist acts as a member of Jackson Health System(JHS) Human Resources Compliance Team operating as point of contact for onboarding services for non JHS personnel. Assists in file audits and responds to customer questions and inquiries related to compliance issues. Provides administrative support to the department. This will have significant role in personnel administration and employee relations. This acts in a confidential capacity to assist or aid the Director, Associate Director, or Manager in the department.
