About The Position

Join our team as an HR Compliance & Policy Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in shaping HR practices that drive success and employee satisfaction. What You’ll Do Be the Expert: Evaluate clients’ HR policies, handbooks, and drug-free workplace programs to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Drive Compliance & Innovation: Recommend and implement HR solutions that align with federal, state, and local regulations while enhancing efficiency and employee experience. Collaborate & Consult: Partner with HR Business Partners, internal teams, and clients to ensure policies meet legal standards and business needs. Own the Process: Serve as the go-to resource for handbook, drug testing, and background check inquiries—building strong relationships with clients and vendors. Deliver Excellence: Provide top-tier service within established SLAs, resolve escalated issues, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of compliant HR materials. Stay Ahead: Keep up-to-date with evolving HR legislation and best practices to maintain compliance and add value to client partnerships.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in HR, Benefits, or Client Service.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and leave administration.
  • Analytical problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicator—both written and verbal.
  • Relationship builder who thrives in collaborative environments.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
  • Empathetic, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding client experiences.

Responsibilities
