The Human Resources Compliance Generalist provides operational and administrative support to the HR Compliance and Onboarding function and serves as a key executor of day-to-day compliance activities. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, tracking licensure and certification requirements, supporting audits and reporting, and ensuring compliance processes are followed consistently and without gaps or lapses. The role supports compliance operations by coordinating documentation, tracking requirements, and maintaining accurate records to support audits, surveys, and external reporting requirements. The Generalist applies established policies, procedures, and escalation protocols with a high level of attention to detail and independent judgment. This role partners closely with the Manager of HR Compliance & Onboarding and internal stakeholders to support compliance readiness, identify risks or process gaps, and recommend improvements while promoting a culture rich in positive employee satisfaction and engagement within the organization, maximizing the impact of people, our most valuable asset.
