Working as part of the PAL’s HR administration team, will ensure employee compliance and liaise with government administrative compliance staff to resolve and troubleshoot issues. This role will oversee new PAL team members from application to successful completion of compliance requirements for onboarding within the PAL’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS). In addition, this role will provide ongoing maintenance of employee’s compliance requirements. As a front face of PAL and often providing the initial engagement of new PAL staff of all levels along with the responsibility for ensuring ongoing compliance, the ideal candidate for this role is an individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. ff to resolve and troubleshoot issues.
