Requirements

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Proficient data entry skills.
  • Excellent customer service, phone, and email etiquette.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to effectively manage multiple tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Daily assistance/interaction with team members and/or visitors.
  • Maintain attendance and vacation tracker up to date.
  • Prepare corrective actions and email them to supervisors/managers.
  • Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Register new employees on timeclock.
  • Prepares new-employee folders/files.
  • Assist with monthly employee engagement and community activities.
  • Update bulletin boards (as needed).
  • Update Verkada (as needed).
  • Update Custom Fit (as needed).
  • Makes photocopies; mails, scans, and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
