Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for management roles, focusing on attracting top-tier talent for positions such as Assistant Manager and above.
• Develop innovative recruiting strategies that go beyond traditional hiring practices to build a strong, engaged talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with leaders across multiple locations to conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and assist in the selection process.
• Act as a trusted partner to managers, handling employee relations issues such as conflict resolution and grievances.
• Provide expert guidance on employment laws and company policies to maintain a positive, compliant workplace.
• Launch and support initiatives that promote employee engagement and foster a collaborative work culture.
• Ensure new hires have a seamless onboarding experience that sets them up for success.
• Oversee promotions, transfers, and terminations, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Drive HR projects that enhance our processes and systems, creating efficiencies that benefit the entire company.
• Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on potential improvements.
