As a Sr. HR Business Partner Manager, you aren’t just managing HR—you are architecting the talent strategy for our U.S. Customer Office. You will be a strategic consultant to our leaders, driving organizational effectiveness in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Experience: 8+ years of progressive HR experience, specifically supporting customer-facing roles.
  • Global Acumen: Proven track record in executing HR strategies within global teams and the flexibility to accommodate multiple time zones.
  • Analytical Depth: Highly analytical with the ability to interpret complex HR data to drive insights.
  • Communication: Strong business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM/HRCI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Primary HR Lead: Serve as the chief HR point of contact for U.S. Customer Office teams, providing high-level guidance and support.
  • Strategic Execution: Partner with leaders and regional HR Partners to identify global interventions in organizational design, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Talent Management: Execute end-to-end talent strategies, ensuring alignment with Saviynt’s rapid growth and people strategy.
  • Performance & Rewards: Drive the execution of the end-to-end pay and performance management program, guiding managers on goal setting, feedback, and equitable pay decisions.
  • Operational Excellence: Monitor HR program effectiveness through KPIs and ensure all plans align with business priorities.
  • Coaching & Relations: Provide expert coaching on employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution, aligned with company values and compliance.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Conduct thorough analyses of engagement surveys, exit data, and HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Learning & Development to identify training needs and with Talent Acquisition/Compensation for workforce and succession planning.
  • Cultural Stewardship: Actively contribute to Employee Engagement Events, Employee Assistance programs, and ESG initiatives
