About The Position

SunTech Medical is seeking a hands-on and people-focused HR Business Partner to lead HR operations and talent initiatives for our U.S. team. This role supports leaders and employees at our Morrisville headquarters by improving the employee experience, strengthening culture, and ensuring HR processes run smoothly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in HR Business Partner/Generalist and Talent Acquisition roles.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
  • MS Office proficiency; HRIS experience (Workday a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding, to ensure timely hiring of strong talent.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and training activities.
  • Support employees and managers with HR guidance on performance, policies, leaves, and employee relations.
  • Partner with leadership to strengthen communication, morale, and retention.
  • Manage annual HR programs including performance reviews, merit increases, bonuses, and benefits enrollment.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Support compensation, payroll, benefits, and HRIS activities.
  • Assist with HR projects, policy updates, and engagement initiatives.
