Job Summary The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a key role in fostering a positive, engaged, and high-performing workplace. This position works collaboratively with faculty and staff, and leadership to align human resources strategies with organizational goals, promote best practices and strengthen workplace culture across the University. The role actively partners to address a variety of workplace issues and opportunities, and diagnoses human resource or organizational development needs. The HR Business Partner provides consultation and support to optimize talent management, organizational structure, processes, and culture. Serving as a liaison between assigned departments and the Office of the Vice President for Human Resources, the HRBP team ensures HR strategies are effectively implemented to achieve exceptional results.
