About The Position

As a HR Business Partner (Internal title People Specialist), you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our People Strategy to life. You’ll partner with leaders to foster a high-performance culture, drive engagement, and ensure our people practices deliver meaningful experiences across the organisation. You’ll be a trusted advisor, a change champion, and a culture ambassador - helping leaders connect people strategy to business outcomes while influencing positive organisational culture.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Law, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as a business partner, with strong business acumen
  • Ability to influence and coach senior leaders, building trusted partnerships
  • A continuous improvement mindset and passion for creating exceptional employee experiences
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Current WA Working with Children Check

  • Expertise in change management and/or project management is highly regarded

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to embed critical people practices that foster accountability and high performance
  • Coach and empower leaders to build capability and create positive team cultures aligned with Goodstart values
  • Use data and insights to guide decision-making and deliver effective people solutions
  • Lead annual people planning, identify talent risks, and support succession planning
  • Collaborate across the People & Culture team to implement initiatives that strengthen engagement and organisational culture
