About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner to own and evolve the employee experience for our U.S. employees and remote contractors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys building and improving processes, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. You’ll be the go-to person for everything across the employee lifecycle and office support, from onboarding to offboarding, while partnering closely with leadership and team members to create a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace. You’ll also support light office management to help keep our workspace running smoothly and feeling welcoming. Recruiting is handled by our Talent Attraction team, so this role stays focused on people operations, employee experience, and office management.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of HR experience in an HR Business Partner, People Ops, or HR Generalist role within Professional Services.
  • Strong experience across the employee lifecycle.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws, with emphasis in the State of Colorado.
  • Experience supporting remote employees and contractors.
  • Comfortable implementing and following processes in a growing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a people-first mindset.
  • High level of discretion and trustworthiness.
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP).

Responsibilities

  • Own the Employee Lifecycle
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding for U.S. employees and remote contractors, ensuring a smooth and human experience.
  • Maintain accurate employee and contractor records, documentation, and compliance.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees throughout their time with the company.
  • Performance & Manager Support
  • In coordination with the global HRBP Team, run performance management processes (goal setting, reviews, feedback cycles).
  • Coach managers on performance conversations, documentation, and growth plans.
  • Support performance improvement plans when needed.
  • Employee Relations & Culture
  • Partner with employees and managers to address employee relations issues with empathy, consistency, and discretion.
  • Support investigations and recommend fair, thoughtful resolutions.
  • Help reinforce company values and build a strong, people-first and results oriented culture.
  • Learning, Development & Growth
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives.
  • Help identify skill gaps and support employee growth plans.
  • Track training participation and outcomes.
  • Compensation & HR Programs
  • Conduct compensation research and benchmarking to support equitable pay practices.
  • Assist with compensation reviews, adjustments, and internal equity checks.
  • Help improve and scale HR programs, policies, and processes as we grow.
  • Build & Follow Processes
  • Implement, document, and continuously improve HR workflows and tools in collaboration with the global HRBP Team.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws and best practices.
  • Bring a “builder” mindset improving what exists and creating what doesn’t (yet).
  • Office & Workplace Support
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinate vendors for building maintenance and office services.
  • Handle lunch ordering and occasional team events.
  • Light cleaning and organization of shared spaces to keep the office functional and inviting.
