Job Summary Reporting to our Director, HRBP Austin Site; we are looking to hire a HR Business Partner to help support our local business unit. Responsible for partnering with business segments to develop and deploy strategic planning objectives to build a dynamic organization that delivers significant and sustainable growth. What a typical day looks like: Serve as a strategic advisor and coach to leaders on all aspects of talent management, including workforce planning, leadership selection, executive coaching, performance management, retention, succession planning, and change management. Partner with local HR teams and Centers of Expertise to design and deliver integrated people and organizational solutions that support current and future business needs. Proactively assess talent and organizational implications of business strategies, identifying performance gaps, risks, and opportunities—and deploying effective tools, programs, and interventions. Support business leaders in cascading and aligning goals to ensure strong connection between business strategy and human capital initiatives. Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to develop and execute HR strategies that enable business objectives. Drive organizational effectiveness through continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, system alignment, and structural design to promote engagement and desired behaviors. Enable leaders to make informed decisions regarding people investments to achieve sustainable results. Design and deliver change management and cross‑cultural communication strategies in support of business transformation. Participate in merger and acquisition activities as needed, supporting people integration and change efforts.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in HR across all major functions.
  • Self-starter who demonstrates accountability for results in a fast paced environment
  • Sound knowledge of Organization Development, Change Management and HR practices.
  • Excellent business acumen and demonstrated competency in business partnerships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with senior management and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management, process management, analytical and consulting skills.
  • Ability to collaborate globally across boundaries, disciplines, and cultures, especially in an evolving matrix environment.
  • Excellent planning, co-ordination, and organizational skills.
  • Strong process orientation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working around Medical Manufacturing (in any capacity).
  • Experience with Workday CA47
