The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a trusted advisor and thought partner who supports the delivery of all HR services to assigned client groups across the hospital system. Incumbents are responsible for providing expertise, support and advice on key business decisions, talent management and labor relations matters. The incumbent must have the ability to build relationships, establish credibility, and demonstrate business understanding to ensure an effective and collaborative strategic partnership.
