This role will primarily focus on partnering with hourly field service and operations employees and their leadership teams in Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina. The position involves ensuring compliance with labor laws, driving employee engagement, and fostering proactive people management practices. This is a HYBRID role, requiring 3-4 days onsite and will involve travel with overnights stays.
