About The Position
Human Resources Business Partner HR Business Partner leads an HR team that supports the business units and interacts with Departments Heads and Sr. Management on day to day business priorities & goals. Directly with management and through the HR team will focus on employee relations, pro-active recruitment (strategy), performance management, talent development, organizational design, increase productivity and retention and change management. This position will additionally develop and support projects and initiatives surrounding employee engagement, total rewards, training, recognition design, employee relation, employee development and advancement. This is an office based role in Miami, FL. This position will oversee all Corporate and Retail stores.
