Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, HR Business Partner to join our team. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Duties include but are not limited to employee relations, training & development, business partnering, compliance, and performance management. This position will be office-based in Cincinnati, OH with some work-from-home flexibility.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Generalist or ER Specialist;
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws;

Nice To Haves

Prior supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Advise management and employees on interpretation of policies, guidelines, and procedures;
Conduct investigations and facilitate terminations in partnership with management;
Work with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues;
Prepare reports and analyze data for information reporting and management decision making;
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends;
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team on recruitment goals and strategies for assigned departments; and
Develop and present employee and management trainings;
