As a trusted advisor to managers, senior leaders, and staff, the HRBP will deliver integrated HR solutions that align with hospital goals and enhance the employee experience. The HRBP will partner with service line management and HR colleagues to support key areas including: Employee relations Performance management Talent acquisition and workforce planning Compensation and benefits Change management Union and employee relations The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of healthcare operations and a passion for creating a supportive, high-performing work environment where employees feel valued and empowered.
