Hanwha Aerospace USA is looking for an experienced, high energy, dynamic individual to join their corporate Human Resources Team. This individual will lead the Human Resources function across our sites in Connecticut and be responsible for creating meaningful and robust alignment between Operations and Human Resources that drive achievement of Annual Operating Objectives. Must be adept at the skills and techniques required to promote a high-performance environment and lead cultural change. They also will be involved in advising and counseling senior leaders and managers to optimize employee engagement, team development, and organization effectiveness. A successful candidate will need to work in partnership with the business leadership to conceptualize, design, and implement business solutions that support business goals and drive results. Additional responsibilities will include effective execution of all Human Resources processes, including the Talent Development Review, Performance Management, salary planning, and to ensure proper staffing level, infuse talent into the organization and improve bench strength.
