We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture. As a trusted advisor to department leaders, the HRBP ensures that human resources strategies align with organizational and departmental objectives. This position will collaborate closely with leaders to support key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations. The HRBP will serve as a thought partner and advocate, guiding leaders through change management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives. Responsibilities include driving effective communication across all shifts, supporting retention strategies, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. The HRBP also ensures compliance with employment laws and accreditation requirements, participates in audits, and leverages HR metrics to propose actionable strategies.
