We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented HR Business Partner for our Automation & Motion Control Segment. If you’re passionate about HR and want to make a meaningful impact, this is the place to be. Reporting to the Vice President HR, AMC you’ll play a pivotal role in both strategic & administrative functions by driving talent acquisition, employee development, performance management and culture. You will serve as the lead HRBP to the following Segment Groups: Finance, Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain, Strategy, etc. Additionally, you will help set the stage for continuous improvement of HR processes for the segment by leading key projects that help contribute the functional HR Success of this 2B Segment comprised of over 7,500 Associates & Contractors. Please note this is a Hybrid Position (3 Days In-Office/2 Days Remote) that could be based in Rosemont, IL or Milwaukee, WI.
