In this role, you will serve as a vital thought partner to mid-level and senior leadership, ensuring that people strategies are perfectly synced with business priorities. You will bridge the gap between organizational strategy and day-to-day execution, driving performance and culture while serving as a trusted advisor to the leaders shaping the future of technology and digital innovation.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background specifically in an HR Business Partner capacity.
  • Proven track record of partnering directly with senior leadership teams to influence business outcomes.
  • Strong professional judgment and the ability to influence leaders through practical, insight-led solutions.
  • Deep experience navigating employee relations and performance management within complex, matrixed environments.
  • Exceptional ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to serve as a "Translator" between business needs and HR policy.
  • High level of organizational skill to manage HR operations and administrative documentation with precision.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness and talent strategy.
  • Translate complex business priorities into practical people actions that drive measurable engagement and operational outcomes.
  • Proactively identify talent risks and organizational challenges, offering data-driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Support leadership through organizational change, reinforcing culture, accountability, and efficiency across teams.
  • Provide expert consultation on employee relations, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions to complex matters.
  • Coach leaders on performance management, conflict resolution, and strategic employee development.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to lead workforce planning, requisition alignment, and seamless onboarding transitions.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including performance cycles, talent reviews, and engagement follow-up actions.
