About The Position

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic and hands-on partner to leaders and employees, providing guidance and support across a wide range of HR functions. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates courage, flexibility, and resiliency while delivering high-quality people solutions that drive business performance. This role assists with key aspects of Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and HR operations to ensure consistent, compliant, and positive employee experiences.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role
  • Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Strong Problem-Solving skills with ability to handle sensitive situations confidentially.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a proven ability to connect data analysis with business issues and decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state and local labor laws including but not limited to FMLA, ADA, FLSA, ACA, AAP, Title VII and other legislative requirement processes to ensure compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates.
  • Capability of effective planning and executing in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership and support the HR Director in executing talent planning, performance management activities, and career development programs.
  • Assists in identifying workforce development needs and helps implement tactical action plans.
  • Coordinates activities for Talent Review and Succession Planning processes, including meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Provides support for updating job descriptions, job postings, and headcount request documentation in partnership with talent acquisition, including compensation planning.
  • Ensures employees receive fair and consistent treatment aligned with company policies.
  • Conduct fair, thorough, and timely workplace investigations related to employee concerns, policy violations, and performance issues.
  • Provide guidance to leaders on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and corrective action.
  • Helps ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, escalating potential issues to HR leadership.
  • Provides administrative and operational support for key HR programs and workflows.
  • Assists in implementing performance management processes using established standards and metrics.
  • Supports audits and reporting related to employee data, file maintenance, and compliance requirements.
  • Helps prepare HR communications, training materials, and presentations.
  • Contributes to process improvement efforts to enhance HR service delivery and employee experience.
  • Builds effective working relationships with employees, managers, and HR team members.
  • Represents HR professionally and promotes positive employee relations and company values.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
