The HR Business Partner is responsible for using a proactive consultative approach with clients to provide customized and practical HR solutions to challenges across a range of HR functions, including best practices for regulatory compliance, compensation, employee relations, leave administration, performance management, policies and procedures, training and development, exposure audits, and talent selection. HR BP will also increase efficiency with HR processes and isolved technology, implement appropriate solutions, and move clients from tactical to strategic for better candidate and employee experiences that reduce client turnover and associated issues.
