Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 13+ years of professional experience in Human Resources
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws, including talent management, organizational development, and employee relations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coaching, relationship building skills and the ability to present complex information to various audiences
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of leadership, employees and peers
  • Ability to maintain company and employee confidentiality and handle sensitive proprietary information in an appropriate manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where multiple initiatives are happening simultaneously
  • Experience in MS Office tools and resources including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
