HR Business Partner - Marketing Description - The HR Business Partner will provide named, trusted advisor support to multiple SVP level clients in the Marketing organization —enabling our leaders to make their best possible decisions. This role will focus on delivering harmonized, coherent HR service to on key business and people strategies. To get this important work done, the People Partner will be relied on to combine a deep understanding of business/people priorities, with the application of essential rigor to drive measurable results— all while keeping the people at the center of all we do with our clients. This role will be expected to focus on a wide variety of strategic and strategic execution areas, including Organization Hygiene, Talent & Culture, Leadership and Performance, Change Management, and Compensation—at times beyond their assigned client group—stretching in to the broader Marketing organization on specific efforts. The role will work closely with Chiefs of Staff and Executive Assistants to hold the focus and drive results on key areas. This is a terrific role for an experienced People Partner who enjoys delivering high-impact, strategic HR service while continuously improving the way we approach our work together.
