Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to execute HR initiatives while handling tactical responsibilities.
  • A problem-solver with a results-driven mindset.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.

Nice To Haves

  • PHR or SHRM certification is a plus.
  • Experience managing HR functions across multiple sites is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to plant leadership, ensuring HR strategies align with business objectives.
  • Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and development initiatives to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management strategies.
  • Partner with the safety team to maintain a strong health, safety, and environmental (HSE) culture.
  • Support workforce development (WFD) initiatives, collaborating with production and quality teams to enhance training programs.
  • Champion change management, organizational design, and HR best practices.
