We are seeking a strategic, experienced HR Business Partner to support our Americas GTM with a focus on the Marketing, Channel, and SDR organizations. This role is critical to driving talent strategies, enabling organizational effectiveness, and aligning people priorities with business goals. You will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, helping to shape the future of Rubrik's GTM organization through organizational design, leadership development, talent planning, and change enablement. As a key member of the Americas GTM leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in cultivating a high-performing, inclusive culture and delivering HR solutions that scale with the business. This role reports to the global head of GTM Business Partnering and would come into the Palo Alto HQ 3x per week.
