About The Position

This role is responsible for executing and supporting key Human Resources initiatives across the U.S. platform, including talent attraction and recruitment, culture development, employee development, training, and performance management. Acting as a hands-on HR Business Partner, you will work closely with leadership and employees to strengthen HR capabilities, provide data-driven insights, and ensure people strategies are aligned with broader business objectives. Key Responsibilities Support and execute HR strategies and operational plans for the U.S. offices, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Partner closely with managers and employees on a wide range of people topics, including talent management, employee relations, coaching and development, compensation, organizational design, and training. Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring a strong employee experience and clear integration into the business. Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws and support the consistent application of HR policies and practices. Support training and development initiatives, maintaining proper documentation and providing logistical execution for programs and events. Act as a liaison on immigration-related matters in partnership with Global Mobility and local leadership. Collaborate with HR teams across multiple geographies to drive cross-office synergies and share best practices. Contribute to employer branding efforts, including university engagement and talent pipeline initiatives. Serve as a trusted point of contact for HR-related questions and support a positive, high-performance culture. Continuously identify opportunities to improve HR processes, tools, and ways of working. Requirements Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Solid HR experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Solid HR experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Current authorization to work in the United States is required.
