As an HR Business Partner Associate within PNC's Human Resource organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. • Works independently with minimal direction—able to “run on their own,” prioritize effectively, and keep projects, tasks, and stakeholders organized and on track. • Serves as a reliable point of contact for leaders, coordinating updates, tracking follow‑through, and ensuring deliverables are completed with accuracy and timeliness. • Comfortable rolling up their sleeves to investigate issues, analyze workforce data, troubleshoot challenges, and proactively identify needed actions. • Brings strong Excel skills and experience with monthly headcount/IRM reporting PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.   • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes HR information and provides regular management reports.
  • Utilizes standard tools and systems to more effectively manage employee populations and personnel costs.
  • Prepares, reviews, and analyzes a variety of HR information, data, and reports.
  • Provides solutions and makes business recommendations and presentations based on findings.
  • Coordinates human resources initiatives within the organization and acts as a liaison to other human resources functions when necessary.
  • Supports the implementation, maintenance and communication of the organization's human resource programs, policies and processes.
  • Serves as the point of contact on various HR systems and processes to support the line of business through various HR initiatives and projects, including but not limited to position management, requisition support, and organizational design.
