Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's in HR or business is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven HR generalist experience, ideally in an industrial or matrixed environment.
  • Skills:
  • Strong command of English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to influence and build alignment across multiple countries and stakeholders.
  • Strong cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel periodically across the Americas.
  • Strategic Planning: Anticipate organizational needs and translate strategy into actionable HR plans.
  • Project & Program Management: Deliver cross-border HR projects with measurable results.
  • Inspirational Influence: Motivate and inspire teams to embrace change and drive results.
  • Change Leadership: Guide organizations through transformation with empathy and accountability.
  • Cross-Cultural Agility: Navigate and bridge cultural differences across the Americas.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as the trusted advisor and right hand to the Americas HR Director, ensuring our global HR programs and policies are seamlessly implemented and tailored to regional needs.
  • HR Excellence: Lead and harmonize HR processes across Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Data & Analytics, Learning & Development, Labor & Payroll, and HRIS to guarantee best-in-class, standardized practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion the HR "customer experience" by embedding best practices and driving ongoing enhancements in all HR areas.
  • Succession & Talent: Collaborate with senior leaders to strengthen succession planning and identify critical skills for current and future business success.
  • Workforce Planning: Partner with Finance, Sales, Program Management, Industrial, and other teams to anticipate workforce needs and proactively shape HR strategies.
  • Change Leadership: Be a catalyst for positive change, challenging the status quo and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Future-Focused: Promote a forward-looking HR mindset that aligns people capabilities with business growth, competitiveness, and future organizational design.
